Now that you have shown your dedication to this special event, we can reveal the location.
Ashton Under Hill
The closest train stations are Evesham and Ashchurch for Tewkesbury. We encourage people to take public transport where possible to do our bit for the environment.
A free shuttle bus is available from both of these stations between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 26 May and between the same times back to the stations on Sunday 27 May. If you arrive after or before these time there will be Taxi’s available.
If you are arriving by car there will be signs from the main road, look out for the owl! As you turn off the A46 signposted to Ashton Under Hill the site is 300 yards on the right hand side. We would like to reduce congestion in the small village, so please try not to drive through the village centre.
Standard tickets are £45 (exc. booking fee). Tickets will only be available on the gate if the event hasn't sold out in advance. Tickets on the gate will be £60, so ensure you book in advance.
You should have received your tickets via email. You will need to produce a valid e-ticket to enter Under the Hill Fest. This can be displayed on your phone or as a hard copy paper ticket. If you arrive with a defaced or incomplete ticket then we will not permit entry. In addition to your ticket you will need to bring valid ID - a ticket is not valid without accompanying ID.
Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband which should remain on you throughout the event
If you are aged 16 and under then you must be accompanied at all times by a ticket holding adult (21+) who must accept responsibility for your safety for the duration of Under The Hill Fest.
You are allowed to exit the festival to go to your car. Please note you will be searched again on entry.
ALCOHOL & FOOD
Alcohol cannot be bought into the site and will be confiscated at security if present. We are proud to be supporting local businesses and drinks will be sold at pub prices.
Food stalls are available throughout the day. We have a great range of food and refreshments available, including vegetarian and vegan options and local suppliers. Limited food will be allowed in if you are camping – stalls will be open Friday through to Sunday.
No gas stoves, BBQs or fires are permitted on site.
No glass can be brought onto the site.
NO CASH POINT & LIMITED CARD USE
We do not have a cash point on site, and although we will have one card machine behind the bar, we recommend coming prepared with cash.
Parking is available on site. Car parking tickets should be purchased in advance online and shown on arrival, either printed or on your phone.
For safety reasons we do not allow sleeping in the car parking area. In order to gain access to our campervan/live-in vehicle area then you will need to buy a campervan ticket when booking online
You may have wondered who all these wild animals are!? These wild animals are YOU.
This is an opportunity to release your inner beast, express yourself, and become the party animals you have always wanted to be. Be creative with costumes, face paint, feathers, papier-mâché, whatever you can get your hands on. Head over to our Facebook page for photos to inspire you.
SITE OPENING TIMES
The gates open from 16:00 – 21:00 on Friday 25 May and 09:00 – 22:00 on Saturday 26 May. Once the gates are closed you will not be allowed into the site.
The first artist starts at 12:00 on Saturday but we do have a surprise for you if you turn up Friday night! We recommend arriving early to set up tents before the music begins.
The site will close at 11:30 on Sunday 27 May.
RESPECTING THE LAND
We are very lucky to have a lovely bit of land for us to party on and we expect all festival goers to respect the land and the community. Bins will be provided, so do not litter unnecessarily. We have flushing toilets available, so please refrain from urinating in the field, bushes, forest.
FIRST AID & WELFARE
First aid assistance will be available throughout the festival. Medical and first aid provision will be based next to Main Entrance, which will be indicated by signage on site, and will also patrol the event site. Please approach the medical team with any issues, no matter how big or small.
Should you lose a child (or adult) or they lose you, please report this to a festival steward with a radio, or the main security at the entrance to the site. They will then follow set procedures.
All lost property should be handed to the main gate.
